OIA is inspired by the principle of reciprocity and interconnectedness: everything is energy, so everything is connected… all that we give, we give to ourselves, and our inner state is reflected outwardly.

OIA is practicing living consciously with ourselves, recognizing our own energy so that, from that place, we can create a reality in expansion and in alignment with the power of the essence we are. Only then can we coherently create conscious relationships with our Earth, with other beings and with everything around us.
